If you are unhappy with the scent or performance of your candle, we will offer a partial refund or a store credit for the purchase price of the product. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund or store credit.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used or partially burned.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
